Project Goal:

Enable enterprises and elderly care providers to assess retirement readiness and deliver personalized, data-driven plans for seniors.

Overview

This modular platform supports elderly care providers (e.g., senior living communities) and corporate retirement programs by offering tailored solutions for active and healthy aging. It helps seniors (65+) stay physically active, mentally engaged, and socially connected while giving organizations the tools to improve elderly care and retirement planning.

Ideation

With a clear vision, we focused on quickly developing high-quality prototypes to showcase the platform’s potential and attract investors. This approach enabled us to:

  • Accelerate Decision-Making – Provide tangible designs for stakeholder discussions.

  • Focus on Core UX – Ensure intuitive navigation, accessibility, and modular adaptability.

Approach

Similar to the elderly care providers platform, we began by developing scenario and journey maps, along with personas, to deeply understand the user needs. This insight then drove the project into the ideation phase, where we focused on creating tailored solutions for a smooth retirement transition.

Our approach to the GOAL

  • Personalized Questionnaire – Journey begins by sending a questionnaire through the employee's mail to assesse retirement readiness across six health domains to determine the most suitable plan for each user.

  • Customized Plan – Then provides a tailored experience that may include:

    • Targeted exercises for physical and mental well-being.

    • Access to the Juno social platform for activities and socializing (if needed).

    • Healthcare resources like physicians and wellness support.

  • Corporate Support – After completing the questionnaire, users download the application to receive their customized plan and allow the corporate affairs team to track their activities and progress.

This approach ensures a tailored, user-friendly experience that supports a smooth transition into retirement.
